Respecting the precepts of the Originalism manifesto, all the foods at Chez Benna are served as they are found in the natural environment, fresh, seasonal, unprocessed and uncooked, except where noted, and in most cases depending on locations.

Our squads of gatherers do their best to pick the foods in the most uncontaminated lands, waters and winds, bringing them as fresh as possible, while the few preserved are obtained by natural methods only.

Thanks to the large variety that nature gifts us, your creativity unbridles in mixing, combining and experimenting, or gets fulfilment in the underlined fancy recipes created by the Chef.
