The painting is an interplay between a sfumato and a calm light blue on a square format. The people are depicted with fine vertical brushstrokes in different color nuances. The visual work deals with the three themes of ANIMA MUNDI 2022: pain for “rituals”, powerlessness for “consciousness” and hope for “visions”. Seven eyes remind you of every day of the week. The white oval fields refer to the disappearance and emergence of habitats. Heaven is an extension of reality and spirituality. “Pax” is intended to be a discursive contribution to contemporary (Central) European culture. It arose at the end of February under the influence of the tragic events surrounding territorial claims between two nations. It was a contribution in the thematic exhibition “Anima Mundi 2022 – Visions” curated by Luca Curci at Palazzo Bembo (Venice, June 17 – July 6, 2022). ******* Il dipinto è un’interazione tra uno sfumato e un azzurro calmo su un formato quadrato. Le persone sono rappresentate con sottili pennellate verticali in diverse sfumature di colore. L’opera visiva affronta i tre temi di ANIMA MUNDI 2022: dolore per “rituali”, impotenza per “coscienza” e speranza per “visioni”. Sette occhi ti ricordano ogni giorno della settimana. I campi ovali bianchi si riferiscono alla scomparsa e all’emergere di habitat. Il paradiso è un’estensione della realtà e della spiritualità. “Pax” vuole essere un contributo discorsivo alla cultura contemporanea (centrale) europea. È sorto alla fine di febbraio sotto l’influenza dei tragici eventi relativi alle rivendicazioni territoriali tra due nazioni. È stato un contributo alla mostra tematica “Anima Mundi 2022 – Visions” curata da Luca Curci a Palazzo Bembo (Venezia, 17 giugno – 6 luglio 2022).
